Многофункционални регенеративни конвертори FR-XC + FR-XCB или FR-XCL
Мултифункционалните конвертори FR-XC на Mitsubishi Electric с регенерация на енергия са допълнителни модули, подобряващи ефективността на инверторите с общо предназначение и на честотните инвертори.
- Характеристики:
• Осигуряват подтискане на хармоници и регенерация на енергия в едно устройство и могат да се комбинират със специализираните дросели тип кутия FR-XCB или самостоятелен FR-XCL за най-добра адаптация на регенериращите функции към приложението
• Тяхното приложение в системи използвани за кранове и навиване, значително намалява разходите
- Икономия на енергия:
• Технологията за регенериране на енергия позволява връщането на излишната енергия към захранването, спестявайки пари, като елиминира консумацията на енергия
- Намаляване на капацитета на захранването:
• Поради преобразуваната и рециклирана енергия, големият капацитет на захранването става ненужен
- Подобряване на коефициента на мощност:
• Входящият фактор на мощността на системата се подобрява, когато е инсталиран преобразувател от серия FR-XC
• С намалената ефективна стойност на входния ток към инверторната секция е възможно да се инсталира силов трансформатор, MCCB, кабели и др. с по-малък капацитет от страна на входа на преобразувателя, за да се намалят разходите за оборудване.
• Общото хармонично изкривяване на входния ток (THDi) е 5% или по-малко, което улеснява спазването на световните стандарти, свързани с потискане на хармониците.
- DC регенерация на обща шина:
• Тази функция позволява непрекъсната регенеративна работа при 100% въртящ момент
• Когато преобразувателят е свързан към множество инвертори – до 10 бр., енергията за регенериране от един инвертор се споделя между останалите
• Прекомерната енергия се връща към захранването, намалявайки потреблението на енергия
- Глобална съвместимост:
• Преобразувателят FR-XC е съвместим с UL, cUL, директиви на ЕС (маркировка CE) и Закона за радиовълните (Южна Корея, маркировка KC). Той също така е сертифициран като съвместим с Евразийското съответствие (EAC).
• Преобразувателят е съвместим с Директивата на ЕС за ограничение на опасните вещества (Ограничение за използване на определени опасни вещества в електрическо и електронно оборудване).
